White bread

White bread contains refined carbohydrates which can lead to increased blood sugar levels. This can also contribute to disturbed digestive system. White breads lack in fibre and essential nutrients and is a less nutritious choice as compared to whole grain alternatives. It’s best to go for other options than including white bread into your diet. 

Instant noodles

Instant noodles are a popular choice among people of all ages. However, they don’t provide good nutritional value to our bodies. These noodles contain salt and spices which can have adverse effects on health. They lack in vitamins, minerals, and fibre, providing no nutrition to your body. Moreover, refrain from consuming fast food as it can lead to weight gain and increased risk of diabetes.

Pickles are typically high in sodium content. From mango pickles to chilli pickles, these should be consumed in limited quantity especially if you are a patient of diabetes.
