Ingredients you are going to need:

•    ½ cup of Alphonso mango
•    500 ml of milk
•    1 tablespoon of lemon juice
•    1/3 cup of full fat milk
•    2 tablespoons of honey
•    ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder
•    Pumpkin seeds for garnish

Follow these instructions:

Step 1- Cut the mango in small pieces.

Step 2- Heat milk in a pot. After it comes to a boil, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to curdle it. 

Step 3- Strain the curdled milk using a sieve or cheesecloth. Rinse it with water 2-3 times to remove any sourness. 

Step 4- Take a blender, add mango, curdled milk, 1/3 cup of milk, honey, and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth. 

Step 5- Transfer the mango mousse to a glass or a serving dish. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours to set. Garnish it with some freshly cut mango pieces and pumpkin seeds.
