Ingredients for Green Chutney:

• 1 cup of fresh coriander leaves
• ½ cup of mint leaves
• 2-3 green chillies
• 1 inch piece of ginger
• 2-3 garlic cloves
• Salt to taste
• ½ teaspoon of cumin powder
• Water

Follow these instructions:

Step 1- Rinse the coriander and mint leaves thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or impurities.

Step 2- Cut the green chilies into smaller pieces to make them easier to blend.

Step 3- Prepare ginger-garlic paste.

Step 4- In a blender or food processor, add the fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped green chilies, ginger, and garlic.
