Ingredients you are going to need for making Aam Panna powder:

•    1.5 cups of dried raw mango
•    1 cup of dried mint leaves
•    1/2 cup of sugar or sweetener of your choice
•    2-3 tablespoons of cumin powder
•    1-2 tablespoons of dry green chilies
•    1.5 tablespoons of black salt
•    1 tablespoon of chaat masala

Follow these instructions:

1. Peel the raw mango and cut it into pieces. Place the mango pieces in a chopper or mixer and grind them coarsely.

2. Allow the ground raw mango to dry in the sun for 1-2 days. Similarly, let the mint leaves dry indoors in the air.

3. Once dried, add the dried mango and mint leaves into a jar and grind them into a fine powder.

4. Next, add dried green chilies, powdered sugar, black salt, chaat masala, and cumin powder to the jar and grind everything well once more.

5. Filter the powdered mixture and store it in an airtight container.
