After initially failing in class 12, he managed to complete his graduation, and then got inspired to pursue UPSC exams. After three failed attempts, he finally cracked the UPSC exam by securing 121^st rank in his fourth and final attempt.

People end up losing all hope when they face failures, but Manoj did not let his life crumble away when he failed in class 12th. He had dreamt of achieving a huge milestone as a kid and that’s what he did. He studied hard and cleared his UPSC exams in his fourth attempt.
