Bhavish Aggarwal is the owner of Ola company. Bhavish graduated with Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Mumbai. After graduation, Bhavish Aggarwal worked at Microsoft with a good package. An incident in 2010 prompted him to launch his own company of cab services. Today, the valuation of Ola is around $4.8 billion dollars.  

Rakesh Makhija, a successful businessman, has held various significant positions in top global companies. In the year 2019, he assumed the role of part-time non-executive chairman of Axis Bank. He has also worked for Tata Honeywell, SKF Group, Technip, and various other companies.

Karnataka’s Nandini KR studied civil engineering for her higher education and then went on to pursue UPSC exams to become an IAS officer. She faced multiple setbacks in her first few attempts, but she persevered and emerged victorious in her fourth attempt at UPSC 2016 by becoming an All-India topper.

Jharkhand’s Kamdev Pan received his education from local villages and colleges. His fascination with science and technology inspired him to launch his own brand of e-bikes. He manufactures e-bikes and sells them all over the country. Currently, he is working on his dream project of building a drone car.

Agra’s Mrinal Agrawal has a background in mechanical engineering. Despite receiving job offers from abroad, he decided to support local farmers through various programmes. So far, he has provided employment to many villagers through his business of selling milk products and vegetables.

While doing his engineering, Ajmer’s Shobhit Soni came up with the idea of building a company for making kulhad glasses. He has around 42 plants all over the country and earns in lakhs.

Here is a list of six IAS officers, who successfully achieved their dreams with a Hindi medium background. Gaurav Singh is a resident of Rajasthan. He earned an electrical engineering degree from Bharti Vidyapeeth, Pune. In 2016, he secured 46^th rank in UPSC exams and became an IAS.

Mokshada is a resident of Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. She earned a degree in engineering from Galgotias University. She started preparing for the SSC CGL exams, however, under unfortunate circumstances, her father met with an accident. That year, she could not clear the exams successfully, but in 2019, Mokshada secured 211^th rank in SSC CGL.

Bhopal’s Mohammad Kashif had a deep interest in art and creativity since childhood. He represented India at World Art, Dubai, and earned global recognition for his unmatched talent. Mohammad Kashif holds five records under his name for various accomplishments. He has also been awarded the Rashtriya Ratan Award.

Yuvraj Pawar is a mechanical engineer. During 2020 lockdown, Yuvraj utilized his free time and started making electric vintage cars. So far, he has sold 45-50 vintage cars in Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Goa, Kolkata and many other states. 
 

Yusuf Nomani used his ingenuity to create a bike of his own using scrap materials. He holds a master’s degree in sociology but has a deep interest to engineer things of his own. He has also made monitoring sensors and coolers. 

Nisha Solanki is Haryana’s first female drone pilot. She teaches farmers about the benefits of using drone sprayers. Presently, Nisha is a part of the ICAR Atari Drone Project under Maharana Pratap University, Karnal. So far, she has performed 250 demos covering an area of 780 acres of farmland.

The son of a street vendor had got an admission in the Civil Engineering Department at IIT Delhi. But his interests lay somewhere else, and he gave up his seat to pursue a Computer Science programme at DTU, Delhi. The finances pose a problem, but Balwant Singh is determined to provide his son with the best education.

Yuvraj Pawar from Ahmednagar builds vintage cars and farming machinery for a living. He is popular in different states for his production of electric vintage cars. He makes these cars on orders and has so far sold almost 50 cars.

Nagpur’s Pramod Gautam quit from his high-paying job and decided to become a farmer instead. He cultivates groundnut, turmeric, pulses, orange, guava, lemon and much more. He is considered as one of the successful farmers of Nagpur. His business has an annual turnover of Rs 1 crore.
