A Mumbai-based astrologer has predicted that the government led by Uddhav Thackeray may not last beyond April 2020.

According to reports, astrologer Sushil Chaturvedi has predicted that infighting in the coalition government will escalate between February and April eventually leading to the downfall of the tri-party government.

As per Chaturvedi, the timing of Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray’s swearing in ceremony, at 6:40 PM on Thursday, 28th November, is inauspicious as it falls between Rahu and Ketu. The planetary position is not favouring Thackeray at that time, he says. He says since the planets fall between Rahu and Ketu, it is a ‘very bad time’ and indicates destruction in coalition government.

Predicting infighting within the coalition, Chaturvedi said that the three parties will lose most of the seats they have won.

Meanwhile, a video clip of a 1980 Kamal Haasan movie Varumaiyin Niram Sivappu has gone viral on social media which ‘predicts’ the current political crisis in Maharashtra quite accurately.

In the clip, in what seems like an interview scene, the interviewer is asking Haasan who is the chief minister of Maharashtra. Haasan questions back, ‘today, yesterday or the day before? Because they change every day you see.”

Politics in Maharashtra took an ugly turn after NCP’s Ajit Pawar resigned as deputy chief minister, leading to the resignation of Devendra Fadnavis as well.
