Ingredients you are going to need:

•    1 cup pasta of your choice (penne, macaroni, or spaghetti)
•    1 tablespoon oil
•    1 chopped onion
•    1 diced tomato
•    1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
•    1 teaspoon garam masala
•    1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 
•    Tomato sauce
•    Salt to taste
•    Fresh coriander

Follow these instructions:

Step 1- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2-. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until light brown.

Step 3- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Step 4- Stir in diced tomatoes and cook until they soften and become mushy.

Step 5- Add garam masala, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.

Step 6- Add the cooked pasta to the masala mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Step 7- Cook for another minute, allowing the flavours to meld together.

Step 9- Add two tablespoons of tomato sauce to pasta.

Step 9- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
