New Delhi: Jiwandeep Kohli, a San Diego-based neuroscientist has been winning hearts all over the internet after he was seen celebrating the pride month with a rainbow turban on.

Pride month, a month that honours the LGBTQ community while commemorating the Stonewall riots of June 1969, kicked off on June 1.

Taking to Twitter, Jiwandeep shared a picture of him celebrating ‘pride’ wearing his exceptionally gorgeous rainbow coloured turban with a heart-warming note. He captioned his picture: “I’m proud to be a bisexual bearded baking brain scientist. I feel fortunate to be able to express all these aspects of my identity, and will continue to work toward ensuring the same freedom for others.”

After Kohli won hearts across the globe, former US president Barack Obama praised him. He retweeted Kohli's picture with this message: "You’ve got a lot to be proud of, Jiwandeep. Thanks for everything you do to make this country a little more equal. Turban looks great, by the way. Happy Pride Month, everybody!”.

Kohli’s tweet has already crossed 4.8k retweets and 35k likes and is spreading love across the globe.
