Sonali Phogat was an Indian actress and politician. She was born on 21 September 1979 in Fatehbad, Haryana. She died on 22 August 2022 in Goa. She did her schooling from Board of School Education, Haryana. She did her graduation in Arts. She was born to father Mahabir Singh Dhaka, and mother Santosh Dhaka.

She was married to Sanjay Phogat. They were parents to a daughter Yashodhara Phogat.
