Shefali Jariwala is Indian actress and model. She was born on 15 December 1982 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Her sun sign is Sagittarius. She completed her schooling from Jamnabai Narsee School, Gujarat. She pursued Bachelor of Information Technology from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Gujarat.

Interesting facts about Shefali 

Shefali gained popularity with her very first song ‘Kaanta Laga’ in the Bollywood film industry.

She came to be known as the ‘Kaanta Laga Girl’.

In an interview, Shefali shared that she was paid only Rs 7000 for her performance in ‘Kaanta Laga’ song. 

Then, she was seen in the songs ‘Kabhi Aar Kabhi Paar Remix’ (2002), and ‘Maal Bhari Aahe Remix’ (2004).

Shefali did a cameo performance in the 2004 Bollywood film ‘Mujhse Shadi Karogi’. Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Akshay Kumar were the lead actors in the film. 

Shefali’s marriage

She married Harmeet Singh, a singer, in 2005. Their marriage did not last long, and the couple took a divorce in the year 2009. 

In 2011, Shefali played a role in the Kannada film ‘Hudugaru’.

On 12 August 2014, she married her long-time boyfriend and TV actor, Parag Tyagi.

Reality TV shows

Shefali and Parag participated as contestants in the reality dance show ‘Nach Baliye 5’ in 2012 and ‘Nach Baliye 7’ in 2015.

Collaborating with her sister, Shefali launched a business WYN, a professional training and coaching company in Dubai. 

In the year 2018, she was seen in the Hindi web series 'Baby Come Na' alongside actors Chunky Pandey, Shreyas Talpade, Mansi Scott and Kiku Sharda.
