Neeti Mohan is a Bollywood playback singer. She was born on 12 October 1985 in Delhi. Her zodiac sign is Libra. She completed her schooling from Birl Balika Vidyapith, Rajasthan and earned a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Miranda House, University of Delhi.

Interesting facts about Neeti

In her teenage years, she used to visit the ISKCON temple in Vrindavan with her family. Listening to the religious songs devoted to Lord Shri Krishna, she developed an interest in music.

She considers Lata Mangeshkar as her idol and used to practice singing her songs as a child.

She received NCC (National Cadet Corps) training during her school days. 

After listening to AR Rahman’s compositions in the films ‘Roja’ and ‘Bombay’, Neeti decided to take up singing as a serious profession. 

Her father encouraged her to write her own songs. Neeti’s first song that she composed herself was ‘Ja Ja’. 

In 2003, she became the co-winner of Channel V's reality TV show ‘Pop Star’. Then she became a member of the music band ‘Asman’.

Neeti made her film debut with ‘Socha Na Tha’ in 2005. She played a minor role in the film.
