Jaaved Jaaferi is an Indian actor, producer, director, comedian, choreographer, voice artist, and a politician. He was born on 4 December 1963 in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. His zodiac sign is Sagittarius. He completed his schooling from St Theresa High School, Mumbai, Maharashtra. He earned a BA degree from RD National College, Mumbai, Maharashtra. 

His father, Jagdeep Jaffrey was an actor. His mother, Begum Jaffery was a homemaker. He has a brother, Naved Jaffrey, and three sisters, Suraiya Jaffrey, Shakira Shafi, and Muskan Jaffrey.

In 1990s, Javed launched television shows ‘Videocon Flashback’ and ‘Timex Timepass.’

He judged and hosted the dance reality show ‘Boogie Woggie.’
