Cyclone Fani is wreaking havoc in Odisha. According to the meteorological department, winds are blowing at 175 kmph in Odisha, and are expected to reach 275 kmph. Fani caused the most damage in Puri and Bhubaneswar. Photos of Fani's ravages have surfaced in many parts of the state. Over 11 lakh 54 thousand people have had to leave their homes in Odisha.
