24 Uttarakhand villages won't have polling booths for Lok Sabha elections 2024. These villages have been abandoned for years and are designated as 'uninhabited villages' by the State Migration Commission. 

As of March 7, over 75% of rural households nationwide have been provided with tap water connections. This achievement includes 185 districts, 1,812 blocks, 1,00,044 Gram Panchayats, and 2,09,481 villages achieving the 'Har Ghar Jal' status.

He manufactures e-bikes and sells them all over the country. Currently, he is working on his dream project of building a drone car.

Kumar Satyam launched his startup with an aim of providing better internet facilities in the rural areas. Through the use of Digigram platform, various services like e-education, e-health, e-governance, e-commerce can be accessed.

Retired IAS officer Ajay Shankar Pandey organized the campaign ‘Sadbhawna Gram Yojana’ to establish and maintain harmony in the villages during and after the elections. The winning and losing candidates join hands together and vow to work with the sole aim of developing their villages.

After being elected as the Gram Pradhan, he has campaigned to make his village digitalized by making various services available to the villages. He has set up libraries and computer labs in the village and has introduced a helpline number for the convenience of the villagers.
