Agustawestland Vvip Chopper Scam  

Madhya Pradesh chief minister Kamal Nath's nephew, Ratul Puri, who is accused in a money laundering case related to the AgustaWestland VVIP chopper scam, withdrew his plea from the Delhi high court on Tuesday (August 6).

A court in New Delhi granted interim protection from arrest to Ratul Puri, nephew of Kamal Nath who is the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh. This in connection with a money laundering case related to AgustaWestland VVIP Chopper scam. 

On Saturday, the Enforcement Directorate said that British middleman in the AgustaWestland VVIP chopper case Christian Michel took the name of a " Mrs Gandhi" during his interrogation

ED gets seven more days of custody to establish money trail as Indian officials who Christian Michel met as part of the bribery scandal. ED is also looking for all the places where these meetings were held. 

Rosemary Patrizi, the lawyer of Christian Michel who has arrived in India to defend her client's 'human rights', spoke to Arnab Goswami of Republic TV, almost admitting that a letter that Michel wrote mentioning a certain Mrs Gandhi as the 'driving force' behind the UPA government's VVIP chopper deal with AgustaWestland was then Congress president Sonia Gandhi
