The season of summer has arrived, marking the beginning of summer tanning. Long exposure to UV rays from the sun can lead to darkening of the skin. Leaving the sun tan untreated can result in sunburn, and long-term damages like premature aging. As a preventive measure, head out in the sun only after applying SPF 50+ sunscreen.
