Barmer: Mahipal Seju, born in the small town of Tilak Nagar of Barmer city in Rajasthan, has an exceptional success story to share. He was an extraordinary student since childhood, who secured 88 percent marks in class 10. In class 12, Mahipal graduated from school with impressive 80 percent marks. He pursued engineering for his graduation and secured a top-level job in Tokyo, Japan, with an annual package of Rs 1 crore. 

Graduation at IIT

Mahipal’s family takes pride in his massive accomplishments. His father, Gemaram Seju is a retired forest worker; his mother is a homemaker. Being the youngest among his four siblings, he received the most pampering in his family. While preparing for engineering during his final school years, he successfully secured admission to IIT, sparking an awe for his achievements in his town. 

First job offer

After completing BTech from IIT Delhi, Mahipal earned himself a job in Nagoya city of Japan, with an annual package of Rs 30 lakh. He gained three years of work experience and received an offer from another prominent company in Japan, with an impressive annual package of Rs 1 crore. This significant accomplishment in his career was marked by celebrations in his family in Rajasthan.

Preparations in Kota

Mahipal Seju did his primary school education from Barmer district and moved to Jodhpur for his class 10 studies. Post the completion of his schooling, he enrolled in a coaching institute in Kota and began his preparation for entrance exams. After successfully cracking IIT entrance exams, he pursued engineering at IIT Delhi. In the year 2019, he moved to Japan, securing a placement in one of the top companies.

Mahipal’s current job

After three years of work, Mahipal received a job offer from Meccanica Corporation in Tokyo. He started his new job in April 2023. Meccanica’s headquarters are located in Japan, and it operates as an IT consulting firm in countries like the USA, Europe, and Singapore.
