Gorakhpur: Sant Kabir Nagar’s Aradhya Tripathi has set a mark for her fellows and juniors at Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology (MMMUT) by landing an impressive package of Rs 52 lakh at Google. She is the first student from her university to achieve such a great feat by getting a placement offer in a multinational company. 

Aradhya’s father, Anjani Nandan Tripathi is an advocate in the Civil Court of Gorakhpur. The family lives in Gandhinagar, Gorakhnath. Aradhya completed her schooling from St Joseph School, Gorakhnath. She pursued a B Tech degree in Computer Science from MMMUT.

Aradhya’s journey

Aradhya has been exceptionally bright in her studies since childhood. During her graduation, she did an internship with a monthly stipend of Rs 55,000. The company she interned at was so impressed with her work ethics that they offered her a full-time job offer with a package of Rs 32 lakh. The experience she had gained at the company helped her earn an even better offer from Google.

Being an inspiration

As per Aradhya’s LinkedIn page, she has experience working with JS, React Redux, Nextjs, TypeScript, Nodejs, MongoDb, ExpressJS and SCSS. She is proficient with data structures and algorithms. By achieving this milestone, Aradhya has become an inspiration for people from village or town areas. Her story is the embodiment of the fact that gaining knowledge is much more important than just earning degrees from top colleges. Hard work plays a crucial role and is the only determining factor when it comes to achieving success. 

Overcoming challenges

Most engineering students dream of getting a job at Google, but these dreams come with their own fair share of challenges. Aradhya had to make it through six critical interviews to emerge victorious. She did her research and prepared herself accordingly for the interviews.
