Background

After completing class 12, he decided to innovate in farming. Recognizing the greater potential of organic farming over chemical farming, he began his journey by researching organic methods and obtaining certifications. This not only improved the quality of his products but also increased their credibility, allowing him to secure better prices.

Farming business

Radheshyam started with just 3 acres of land, but as his income from organic farming grew, he expanded to 22 acres. He now cultivates a variety of crops based on market demand, including Ashwagandha, Chia, Quinoa, Asparagus, Tulsi, Turmeric, Coriander, Chili, Isabgol, and Garlic. To add more value to his produce, he also established a food processing unit, enabling him to deliver products directly to customers.

To establish a unique market presence, Radheshyam launched the 'Malwa Mati' brand, under which he sells organic turmeric, spices, herbal products, and other organic crops. He promoted the brand by participating in agricultural fairs and exhibitions, while also using social media and digital platforms to reach a wider audience.

Radheshyam Parihar is dedicated to helping other farmers succeed. He established an organic farming training school where he teaches farmers everything from cultivation to marketing. To date, he has trained over 6,000 farmers in organic farming techniques. His training has significantly boosted their income, with many now earning substantial profits through organic farming.
