When the world is terrified of the horrible clutches of the corona, a method was invented to raise awareness among the people of Bangladesh and ensure the wearing of masks. Whose name is Corona Resistance Booth?

Corona prevention booths have been set up by individuals and organizations in different districts of Bangladesh during the Corona period, from which Corona protection materials including masks and sanitizers are provided free of cost. Fancy Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor's invented model 'Corona Resistance Booth' has spread in remote areas of the country. Millions of ordinary people and pedestrians have benefited from this booth. However, it costs 10 to 12 thousand Taka to build this corona booth. Public health experts said the biggest issue is though it costs much it has worked extensively to protect the health of the general public.

It is learned that last May, Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor launched this booth in different areas of the city for the first time.

After that, State Minister for Information and Communication Junaid Ahmed Palak launched this booth in his constituency keeping in mind the health protection of the common people.

He inaugurated the booth on June 26. Later, ABM Mohiuddin Chowdhury Foundation presented 10 such booths to Narail MP and former Bangladesh national team captain Mashrafe bin Muturza.

Moreover, Chittagong CityMayor, the heroic freedom fighter Rezaul Karim Chowdhury, State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister and Central Awami League Office Secretary Barrister Biplob Barua, Rajshahi City Mayor AHM Kamruzzaman Liton and many others have set up the booth in their area.

Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor said, "The Bangladesh government is on the side of people of different professions in the country starting from the poor. We do politics. Our politics is with the people. So in this difficult time, I am trying to be by the side of the people by setting up this booth to prevent corona."

He also added, "I think everyone should be on the side of the common man in tackling this global epidemic from their position."

Sociologists believe that there are two reasons behind the popularity of anti-corona booths - one, this booth is modeled on an ATM booth. As a result, free services have become readily available to the common man.
Two, it costs 10-12 thousand to build this booth. Besides, 2-3 thousand are required to run this booth daily.

In every neighborhood, a public representative or anyone has been able to manage.

Invented by his single effort, this booth created discussion across the country. Beyond Chittagong, the light spread to 64 districts of Bangladesh through the capital Dhaka. This awareness booth was set up in every Upazila as well.

Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor also said that educators are advised to take urgent measures to protect students by setting up anti-coronavirus booths in educational institutions. By using this booth designed like an ATM booth, one can use masks and sanitizers through 'self-help' without the assistance of a second person. Everyone will get free masks and sanitizers from this booth which is open to all.

He also said that the world has seen a terrible form of corona worldwide. Since the beginning of Corona, Bangladesh has been saved to a large extent because the government was aware under the guidance of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Moreover, people stand by people in this epidemic. Masks, sometimes food, and sometimes dead bodies were buried by the leaders and workers of the Awami League and allied organizations.

As a result of other such innovations across the country, Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor has garnered praise from the common people as well as in civil society.

Netizens are also praising the corona prevention booth today. Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor's 'Corona Prevention Booth' will be a role model to prevent any virus in the whole world beyond Bangladesh, that is the hope of many.
