Bada Business Private Limited also supported the company in streamlining its operational processes through digitization and technology integration.
Akupaad Marketing Pvt. Ltd. (AMPL), a solar EPC company headquartered in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, has achieved substantial operational growth following its strategic partnership with Dr. Vivek Bindra and Bada Business Private Limited.
Led by founder Mr. Sachin Srivastva, the company has expanded its execution capacity fivefold while strengthening its financial and operational structure to support long-term growth in the renewable energy sector.
Operating in the fast-growing solar energy industry, AMPL provides solar installation solutions for residential and commercial customers across Uttar Pradesh. With over 15 years of experience, the company has focused on delivering reliable and cost-efficient solar systems designed to reduce electricity expenses while promoting sustainable energy adoption.
Prior to its partnership with Bada Business Private Limited, AMPL was operating within a limited business framework despite growing market demand. The company functioned primarily from a single branch in Raebareli and maintained a monthly installation capacity of nearly 100 sites. While demand for solar infrastructure was increasing steadily, the company faced operational bottlenecks and financial pressures that restricted expansion.
One of the key challenges was the company’s high annual EMI burden of approximately ₹5 crore. The heavy finance costs impacted liquidity and limited the company’s ability to invest aggressively in scaling operations, improving execution systems, and entering new markets. Additionally, the lack of process-driven systems and structured expansion planning created barriers to sustainable growth.
Following its partnership with Dr. Vivek Bindra and Bada Business Private Limited, AMPL undertook a comprehensive business transformation focused on scalability, operational efficiency, and financial restructuring.
A major focus area was building a scalable business model capable of supporting multi-location expansion. The company restructured its operational framework and repositioned itself from a traditional EPC contractor to a technology-driven solar platform. This strategic repositioning strengthened its market credibility and enabled the business to scale more systematically.
Bada Business Private Limited also supported the company in streamlining its operational processes through digitization and technology integration.
By reducing dependency on manual workflows and implementing process-oriented systems, AMPL improved execution tracking, customer transparency, and project management efficiency.
These structural improvements translated directly into operational growth. AMPL increased its monthly solar installation run-rate from 100 sites to nearly 500 sites per month, marking a fivefold increase in execution capacity. The company also expanded geographically, growing from a single branch in Raebareli to six operational branches across Uttar Pradesh, including Lucknow, Kanpur, Sitapur, Shahjahanpur, and Bahraich.
The company’s financial performance also witnessed significant growth during this period. AMPL recorded revenue growth of 340% and achieved more than 350% growth in profit after tax (PAT).
Through debt restructuring initiatives, the company further reduced its annual EMI obligation from ₹5 crore to ₹2 crore, lowering its finance cost burden by over 60% annually.
The improved cash flow position enabled the company to reinvest into business development, infrastructure expansion, and execution capabilities. Alongside operational improvements, Bada Business Private Limited also worked with AMPL on strengthening its investment positioning and preparing the company for future strategic partnerships and institutional opportunities.
The company has additionally aligned its expansion strategy with the government’s renewable energy policies and the National Solar Mission, allowing it to leverage policy support and subsidy ecosystems more effectively as demand for solar adoption increases across India.
Speaking about the transformation, Mr. Sachin Srivastva said, “Our partnership with Bada Business Private Limited has completely changed the scale at which we operate today. We have improved our financial stability, expanded our operational capacity, and built systems that support sustainable growth. The increase from 100 installations to 500 installations per month reflects the confidence and structure we have developed through this journey.”
With a strengthened operational foundation and a scalable business model now in place, AMPL is targeting projected revenue growth of more than 800% over the next two years.
The company’s transformation highlights how strategic guidance, financial restructuring, and process-driven expansion can accelerate growth for emerging businesses in India’s renewable energy sector under the mentorship of Dr. Vivek Bindra and Bada Business Private Limited.
