East Delhi: A video of two bike-borne men snatching the bag from a woman trying to open the door of her house at Laxmi Nagar in East Delhi has gone viral. The incident took place on July 2 but police officials, allegedly, did not register an FIR till July 4. The victim, Maya Yadav, stated that an e-FIR was registered two days after the incident. She also alleged that police officials did not bother to examine CCTV footage from the area and said that she collected footage and submitted it to police.
