Here are some face-specific activities that are useful in eliminating facial fat and training the facial muscles. Yoga can assist you tremendously with this one. The good news is that no equipment is required; all you need is a yoga mat and a few minutes of your time.

While weight gain should be avoided for the benefit of your overall health, certain yoga asanas might help target facial fat and get the chiseled jawline you've always desired.

Here are seven super-easy exercises to reduce facial fat and tone up your face:

1. Simha Mudra: Put your hands on your thighs while kneeling. Bring your chin up to your neck and cast a downward glance. As much as you can, stick your tongue out of your open mouth. You ought to look like a lion howling. Breathe in while roaring loudly like a lion. For 20 to 30 seconds, repeat.

2. Ushtrasana: Place your knees hip-distance apart on the mat. Your hands should be on your hips. Once your palm touches your feet, gradually recline backward while maintaining a straight spine. After a short while, release the stance softly.

3. Bhujangasana: Lie down on your stomach, hands on each side, and toes touching.
Inhale and elevate your head and trunk. Extend your neck as far back as you can, experiencing the most stretch under your chin. If you want to work on your double chin, hold the pose for at least 30 to 60 seconds, then return to your resting position and repeat.

4. Chakrasana: With your knees bent and your feet hip-width apart, lie flat on your back on the floor. Raise your entire body off the mat by placing your hands behind your shoulders. Your neck should feel somewhat stretched if you let your head rest loosely.

5. Jivha Bandha: Sit in Padmasana, the lotus position. You can sit on the floor with your legs crossed if you find this unpleasant. Put your hands on your thighs.
Then, run the tip of your tongue across your mouth's roof.
Keep your tongue lightly contacting the roof of your mouth as you slowly open it. When your throat and neck start to stretch, open your mouth.
