Synopsis

Try this super easy recipe for making vegan pizza at home. It can be easily prepared within minutes if you have the right ingredients.

Making a vegan pizza at home is easier than you think. It only takes a little effort and diligence from your side. With simple store-bought ingredients, you can prepare delicious vegan pizza to treat yourself or your kids. Let’s explore this recipe.

Ingredients you need:

•    Pizza dough (you can prepare it at home or buy a fresh one from a store)
•    Vegan-friendly pizza sauce
•    Vegetables and toppings of your choice (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, cherry tomatoes, olives etc.)
•    Tofu (optional)
•    Vegan cheese
•    Olive oil
•    Chilli flakes and oregano

Follow these instructions:

Step 1- It is highly recommended to use a homemade pizza dough. However, if you want to save time on this, use a store-bought one. Wash all the vegetables.

Step 2- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Then place it on a baking sheet. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 230 degrees Celsius.

Step 3- Spread a layer of pizza sauce evenly on the dough.

Step 4- Spread a thin layer of vegan cheese on the pizza dough after the sauce.

Step 5- Add your favourite toppings on the top. Spread everything evenly.

Step 6- Proceed to add another layer of cheese on the top of the vegetables.

Step 7- Carefully place your pizza on an oven grill and transfer it to the preheated over. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. While the pizza is getting ready, ensure you don’t overbake it. When the crust is golden brown, your pizza is ready.

Step 8- Take the pizza out of the oven and slice it into pieces.

Step 9- Sprinkle oregano and red chilli flakes on top of the pizza.

Step 10- Serve it alongside tomato ketchup.

Enjoy your homemade vegan pizza!
