22-year-old Heidi Saadiya has been hired as a trainee broadcast journalist by a Malayalam News channel in Kerala. This is the first time a trans person has been hired by a  news channel.

The newly inaugurated high-security prison is situated at Viyyur in Kerala's Thrissur district.  The exciting part of the prison is that the inmates and visitors will be interacting through videoconferencing. 

The academy will be functioning in association with the district sports council and the amateur boxing association in Kollam, Kerala

According to the second health index launched by NITI Aayog, Kerala has emerged as the top-ranking state in terms of overall health performance and Uttar Pradesh has fared the worst.

With a “red alert” option, the mobile application assures safety of customers. The emergency option will activate police in case of emergencies. The application works using GPS and the details of the customers are encoded in the system.
