Karwar residents wrap ambulances with bandages, protest lack of 108 emergency services
Unable to get 108 ambulance services to shift a man whose leg was completely severed in a bike accident in Karwar, family members used a private ambulance to transport the victim to Mangaluru. Family members returned to protest the unavailability of services by wrapping 108 ambulances with bandages.
