History:

Around 20th century, there were significant worries about the security and health of the general public due to the development of nuclear weapons. As a result, the International Civil Defense Organization was established by the UN.
In 1972, the International Civil Defence Organization (ICDO) was founded. The Association of Geneva Zones was established in 1931 by Surgeon General Saint-Paul, marking the beginning of its history. This association became a non-governmental organization in 1958 and changed its name to the International Civil Defence Organization.
