Though many Bollywood celebrities are taking to Twitter to encourage people to vote, many of them are not eligible to vote in India themselves.

Deepika Padukone- Top Bollywood star and daughter of Indian badminton champion Prakash Padukone, Deepika was born in Denmark. Being a Danish citizen, she cannot vote in India.
Akshay Kumar - Though Akshay Kumar has tweeted requesting Indians to vote for Indian general elections 2019, he is not a citizen of India. He is a Canadian citizen.
Alia Bhatt- Bollywood's current reigning actor, Alia Bhatt is a British citizen and cannot vote. She had applied for Indian citizenship but couldn't pass it.
Sapna Pabbi - Sapna Pabbi of Khamoshian fame is also not a citizen of India, she is a British national. So, she cannot vote in India.
Katrina Kaif- Katrina Kaif is a British national but her father is from Kashmir. She is also not a citizen of India.
Sunny Leone- One of the most beautiful faces in Bollywood, despite being a Punjabi Sunny is not a citizen of India and cannot vote.
Aamir Khan's nephew and Bollywood actor Imran Khan is also not a citizen of India, due to which he can not even vote in India.
