Lassi is a beloved Indian drink. During the scorching heat, there’s nothing quite as satisfying as a glass full of cold lassi. Over the years, it has also emerged as a popular Indian drink across the globe. Follow this easy recipe for preparing this delightful drink at home.

Ingredients you need:

•    1 cup plain yogurt
•    1/2 cup chilled water
•    2-3 tablespoons sugar (as per taste)
•    Ice (optional)

Follow these instructions:

Step 1- In a blender, add the plain yogurt, chilled water, and sugar. 

Step 2- Blend the ingredients until the drink becomes smooth and frothy.

Step 3- Taste the lassi and add more sugar if required. 

Step 4- Add ice cubes or crushed ice to lassi. 

Step 5- Pour the lassi into glasses. 

For added flavour:

•    To make your lassi more flavourful, consider adding Rooh Afza when blending yogurt. Alternatively, you can add a splash of Rooh Afza on top of your drink when it is prepared. 

•    Since this is the mango season, try making mango lassi at home. It is quite a popular Indian drink globally. Just add fresh mango pieces when blending the yogurt.
