On February 9th, Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon made their first on-screen collaboration with the release of 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya.' Almost two months after its theatrical debut, the film is now accessible on the popular OTT platform Prime Video. The streaming service shared the news on its official Instagram account, describing the movie as a love story that redefines romance and encouraging viewers to watch it.

'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' tells the tale of an unconventional romantic relationship between a scientist and a humanoid robot. Shahid Kapoor's character introduces Kriti Sanon's character to his family as his beloved, oblivious to her true nature as a robot. When he discovers the truth, their journey takes an unexpected turn.

The film, written and directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, was co-produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Laxman Utekar. It received praise for the chemistry between Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon and grossed over Rs 100 crore at the Indian box office.

Shahid Kapoor discussed the movie in an exclusive interview with News18 Showsha, explaining why he had been drawn away from romantic entertainers. He expressed that while he missed lighter and more enjoyable roles, he found it challenging to find scripts that offered something new to audiences, especially in the romance genre.
