The much-anticipated filming of the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer and Nitesh Tiwari-directed movie 'Ramayana' has commenced, sparking excitement among fans. A recent glimpse into the movie's grand production surfaced online, offering a sneak peek into the elaborate sets being constructed for the epic tale.

A video shared by Akruti Singh on her Instagram stories provided a captivating view of the sprawling Ayodhya set erected in Mumbai. The footage showcased towering pillars and majestic palace-like structures, setting the stage for the mythological saga. Captioned as "Ramayana day 1," the video hinted at the beginning of an epic cinematic journey. However, the video was later removed, adding to the intrigue surrounding the project.

Reports emerged on April 2 detailing a puja conducted by Nitesh Tiwari at the filming site, marking the auspicious start of shooting with the secondary cast. Ranbir Kapoor, essaying the role of Lord Ram, is slated to join the production soon, heightening anticipation for his portrayal of the revered character.

Despite Nitesh Tiwari's discretion regarding official announcements, 'Ramayana' has been a subject of widespread anticipation.
