Ayazuddin Siddiqui, the older brother of Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, found himself in legal trouble when Budhana police in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, detained him on May 22. Reports indicate that Ayazuddin was arrested under allegations of forgery.

The arrest stemmed from accusations that Ayazuddin had illegally fabricated an order letter to the consolidation department, allegedly on behalf of the District Magistrate's court.

This purported forgery was linked to an ongoing land dispute involving an individual named Javed Iqbal. Upon the discovery of the falsified order, the District Magistrate filed a complaint, resulting in Ayazuddin facing charges under sections 420, 467, 468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

This isn't the first time Ayazuddin Siddiqui has been embroiled in legal issues. In 2018, he faced allegations of offending religious sentiments by sharing a controversial photo on social media.

Meanwhile, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, amidst his brother's legal troubles, has been grappling with his own personal challenges. His marriage to Aaliya Siddiqui has been on rocky grounds, with Aaliya filing for divorce in May 2020.
She cited a decade of marital discord and accused Nawazuddin's brother, Shamas, of violence. However, Aaliya recently decided to retract the divorce notice, indicating a willingness to reconcile.

Aaliya Siddiqui, in a statement to E-Times, shed light on their changing relationship dynamics. She disclosed that they celebrated their anniversary together with their children and expressed optimism for a harmonious future. Aaliya attributed their past issues to external influences and emphasized their commitment to remaining united for the sake of their children, particularly their daughter Shora, who was deeply affected by the family's discord.
