Fans of Sneha Ullal remember her as the actress who shares an uncanny resemblance to Aishwarya Rai. She ventured into the film industry in Salman Khan’s Lucky: No Time for Love and created fan frenzy for looking like an exact copy of the former Miss World.

Sneha Ullal shared a couple of her photos on Instagram lying on the hospital bed saying that it was the first time in her life that she got hospitalised. She was recently discharged from the hospital after being admitted for high fever.

Earlier in an Instagram post, Sneha shared a picture of herself from the hospital bed with a caption which read: "So I was hospitalised for the first time in my life. I had a very high fever that wasn't dying down despite multiple treatments. It was scary. BUT. After a while of terrible health, I'm finally a li'l better. I have been asked to rest it out as much as possible. So that’s going to be boring. But i have my Netflix and a bunch of very caring #foreverkindofpeople with me to keep me going. Cant wait to get back to work. I wish you all good health. (SIC)"

In her first movie with Salman Khan which was released in 2005, Sneha was wowed by the audiences for her innocent and cute looks. She was also praised for her performance in the film.

The actress has stayed away from the Hindi film industry for quite a while now. But the 29-year-old recently made a comeback with a music video "Ishq Waali Baarish" which was produced by Arshiya Khan and Mohd Javed.

In 2017, Ullal was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease, a rare blood disorder.  Sneha who is set to appear in a Tollywood movie with Amala Paul, said her illness left her physically weak and she didn’t look her best.

Back in 2017, in an interview with Times Of India, she said “There were times when I did not look great, and when you're not at your best, you don't want to step out of the house and that's what I did,” she added.

She said that she stopped attending award functions as a result but gained strength and confidence with the encouragement of her friends. This, along with medication and a strict fitness regime helped her get through this difficult time.

“I'm here, fully fit and fine. I won't say I'm cured because this disease is like diabetes which is not curable but can be kept under control. So my illness is under control right now and I'm set to get going,” she told The Times of India.

She is quite active on social media and keeps her fans updated with her recent photographs.
