During these tough times, it can be hard to keep your faith in humanity, but it seems like the young ones are keeping that ray of hope ignited. A heartwarming tale has surfaced on the internet of a 9-year-old boy from Louisiana, USA, who gave away his last dollar to a man he thought was homeless but turned out to be a successful businessman who was touched by his kindness.

Yes, it is not the plot of a Disney movie, this happened with Matt Busbice, a local sporting goods owner who is a successful businessman who has built and sold several million-dollar businesses.

Matt heard a fire alarm in his building and had to rush out early in the morning. He was in his morning pajamas and decided to get a coffee and do his morning prayers. Speaking to CBS, Matt said, "And I started to slowly open my eyes, and there's a kid coming at me, about my height."

Matt noticed that the young boy had a dollar bill clenched in his palm and was giving it to him. The young boy named Kevin got the dollar bill from his parents for getting good grades. Despite only having $1 to his name, he decided to give it to someone in need. "I always wanted to help a homeless person, and I finally had the opportunity," Kelvin said."

The 42-year-old was deeply touched by Kevin's kindness. He treated the boy at the coffee shop and later thanked him and his parents by giving Kevin a shopping spree at his sporting goods store.

The whole incident melted several hearts across the internet and restored everyone's faith in humanity.
