Amidst speculations that Karnataka Congress MLA Ramesh Jarkiholi is in Delhi to meet BJP leaders, his brother Satish Jarkiholi has clarified about the visit. The final decision on Lok Sabha elections is still pending and the candidate has been discussed but not finalised, said Satish. “The meeting in Delhi has been postponed to March 19. There are some problems, but our candidate for Chikkodi is almost finalised. Though not in picture at the moment, Ramesh Jarkiholi will campaign for the Congress candidates,” Satish, Congress MLA from Yamkanmardi, Karnataka, added.
