Vemulawada (Telangana): A bus carrying over 26 children met with an accident and three children died in Vemulawada, Rajanna-Sircilla district, Telangana.
According to police, the accident took place as a Ganesha procession vehicle was coming towards the bus, and the driver was trying to avoid collision but ended up hitting a median.
The deceased students have been identified as Kasaram Manichandana Rai (15), G Deekshitha (8) and P Rishi (7). The students belonged to Vaageeshwari Talent school in Vemulawada.
Two girls died on the spot while the other student passed away while undergoing treatment at a nearby hospital. The injured students are being treated in the local government hospital.
