Karnataka: Youths thrashed in Sringeri for misbehaving with Bengaluru women tourists

Chikkamagaluru: Two women from Bengaluru were visiting the Sirimane Falls in Karnataka’s Sringeri. A group of youths from Mangaluru started teasing them. Reports claimed that they even pulled them and tried to kiss them. The women screamed for help. Then passersby gathered and thrashed the youths and rescued the women. Residents have said that more security measures should be in place at the tourist spots and requested the same to the district administration.
