Bengaluru: While the death toll in Karnataka floods rose to 31, a heart-wrenching video surfaced on social media where a dog was seen carrying its puppy in the deluge in north Karnataka.
Several districts in Karnataka are witnessing massive flooding where people’s everyday life has come to a halt. Many cattle and domestic animals were seen being swept away by the massive currents flowing on the streets of Belagavi, Shivamogga, Haveri and other parts in Malnad region.
