Hyderabad: Police on Wednesday (July 24) arrested seven people for trying to smuggle Rs 2.89 crore and 300 grams of gold from Kerala to Hyderabad in a stolen Hyundai Brezza car.
Based on a tip-off, Gachibowli and Cyberabad Police caught the culprits and recovered the money, gold and the stolen car from the gang.
The accused are identified as Bhosle Vishwajeet, Chandrakanth, Mayuresh Manohar, Sujatha, Akash Kamble, Sunny Chawan, Akash Deepak Rathod and Suneetha Chandrakanth.
