Kurnool: An SRS Travels bus collided with the rear end of an idle lorry on NH 44 in the morning of May 30.
The accident left three people dead and several others injured. The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital.
A similar accident occurred on the same highway earlier this month which took 18 lives. An SRS Travels bus hit a Toofan transport vehicle approaching from the opposite direction on NH 44 near Veldurthi check post. The accident killed 18 people and three people sustained serious injuries. The injured were rushed to Kurnool General Hospital.
