Tamil Nadu: Woman's chopped hands, legs found in dump yard

Chennai:  A woman's legs and her right hand were found in Chennai's dump yard on Tuesday morning. The Chennai police officials have sent the body parts to a government hospital, and further investigation is underway.

The police officials have alleged that the woman was about 40-years-old, and was brutally murdered.
