Tamil Nadu: Spotted deer found dead in Dhanushkodi beach

Dhanushkodi: On Friday, fishermen from Tamil Nadu's Dhanushkodi retrieved the carcass of a spotted deer from the ocean. According to reports, the deer was chased by a couple of stray dogs and the deer ended up entering the sea. 

Soon after, the Tamil Nadu forest officials received the information and rushed to the spot and took the corpse for burial. Nonetheless, the residents of Dhanushkodi have requested the forest officials to provide safety for these wild animals.
