Police seize over 1,000 illegal liquor bottles in Ramanathapuram

Ramanathapuram: On December 27, the Jetty Police seized over 1,000 illegal liquor bottles off the coast of Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu. The bottles were being transported in an auto-rickshaw. According to reports, the price of the seized liquor is estimated to be Rs 2 lakh. The driver of the auto-rickshaw managed to escape from the spot. The Jetty Police have launched a search operation to catch him.
