The Popular Front of India and its college-level wing Campus Front of India will be launching a series of campaigns against the NRC starting from August 11 to execute its devious plans of polarisation

Anti-national elements are trying to project the National Register Of Citizens (NRC) in poor light apparently to execute their agenda of polarisation.

Sources say the Popular Front of India (PFI) and its college-level wing Campus Front of India (CFI) will be launching a series of campaigns starting from August 11 under the banner of ‘Enough with Intolerance, Unite against Fascism’.

Sources have confirmed that the programme is to be inaugurated at the India International Centre in New Delhi.

Under this campaign, different campaigns such as road shows like nukkad natak, university talk shows, marches and stage shows will be organised to reach out to the masses and bring their attention towards what the PFI calls “NRC issues and the fascism spread by the RSS in the whole country”.

“The campaign will be launched  in Delhi. It is likely to see the national committee members of CFI travelling to Assam to oversee and support the campaigns in Assam,” said a source.

“A lot of hate speeches may be delivered during this campaign, and accusations hurled at government of India for favouring Hindus over Muslims can be made an agenda,” the source said.

PFI has been banned in Jharkhand for spreading anarchy. The State government has also claimed that some of its members are influenced by the ISIS.

The central government is planning to impose a blanket ban on the organization, too. According to government sources, the MHA may impose a ban on PFI after the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has submitted a report claiming that the outfit is involved in anti-national activities. The NIA, in its report, has said that the organisation is involved in bomb-making, running terror camps and that it can be very dangerous for national security.
