Karnataka: Illegal supply of subsidised LPG, used in auto rickshaws (Video)

Gadag: After Prime Minister launched Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY), some people are found buying LPG in the subsidised rate and selling them for extra money. The alleged cheats were found refilling empty gas cylinder and selling them for a higher price in Gadag, Karnataka. The beneficiary will sell 14.2 kg LPG gas cylinder at Rs 910 after getting it for Rs  511.90. Nonetheless, several autorickshaw drivers were found filling LPG gas priced between Rs 100 to Rs 130 per litre.
