Karnataka by-election: Ballari deputy commissioner sets example of ideal voter by exercising franchise early (Video)

Ballari deputy commissioner Ramprasad Manohar along with his family turned up at the polling booth early morning to cast his vote. Flying squad and civil police were deputed around the polling booths to avoid election malpractice. This apart, to ensure women polling officials get the better facility during election and participate in voting process, the commissioner has set up pink booths.
