The general election of 2019 is expected to be the biggest election in world history with around 90 crore voters registered to exercise their franchise.

This is about 8.43 crore more voters than what the 2014 general election had witnessed.

Out of these new voters, there are around 1.5 crore teenagers. They are first-time-voters. 

More than 38,000 voters are transgenders.
