Deve Gowda’s chopper makes emergency landing; election officials search it
Former PM HD Deve Gowda’s chopper made an emergency landing in Koppal in Karnataka as it developed a technical snag. The snag was owing to overloading. The gunman was asked to alight. Later, he continued his journey.
Koppal: A helicopter carrying former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda made a sudden landing at the Koppal aerodrome after it saw a few technical glitches. While it landed, Election Commission officials conducted a search on it. Later, HD Deve Gowda continued his journey. It is said the helicopter faced issues owing to overloading. The gunman was asked to alight later.
