Tejaswini Ananth Kumar casts her vote in Bengaluru
BJP's Tejaswini Ananth Kumar cast her vote in Basavanagudi, Bengaluru on Thursday as Karnataka went to polls in the country’s second phase of the Lok Sabha elections
Tejaswini Ananth Kumar, the wife of late Union minister Ananth Kumar, cast her vote in Bengaluru on Thursday. Tejaswini exercised her franchise at a polling booth in Basavanagudi. She was surprisingly denied a ticket by the BJP high command and in her place Tejasvi Surya is contesting from Bengaluru South. Ananth Kumar had won the Bengaluru South Lok Sabha seat six times in a row since 1996. He passed away in November 2018.
